Terms of Use & Licensing
Client Agreement for Web Services & Art Commissions
By remitting the initial deposit or formally accepting a project proposal, the Client agrees to the following terms of service with j3nn1b33.
1. Web Development Services
Scope of Work & Revisions
Specific features, page counts, and functionalities will be outlined in a separate Project Proposal. The Client is entitled to two (2) rounds of revisions during the development phase. Additional revisions or structural changes requested after milestone approval are billed at the standard hourly rate.
Handover & Maintenance
Upon final payment, administrative access and source code will be transferred to the Client. Unless a separate ongoing maintenance retainer is signed, j3nn1b33 is not responsible for future site updates, plugin breakages, or server hosting issues after handover.
2. Art Commissions & Licensing
Personal Use
Unless explicitly stated, commissioned artwork is for personal use only. The Client may not reproduce, sell, or distribute the artwork for profit.
Commercial Licensing
If purchasing bespoke graphic vectors or designs for brand or merchandise use, a Commercial License must be explicitly detailed and priced in the invoice. The artist retains the right to display the work in professional portfolios.
NFT Minting & Blockchain
For custom minted NFTs, the setup fee covers smart contract deployment and metadata management only. The Client is solely responsible for all variable network gas fees incurred on their chosen chain (e.g., Ethereum, Polygon, Solana).
3. Payments & Cancellations
Payment Structure
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before any design, development, or artwork begins. The remaining 50% balance is due upon project completion, prior to the transfer of final files, web domains, or NFT minting.
Cancellations
If the Client cancels after work has commenced, the deposit is forfeited. If canceled in the final stages, the Client will be billed for total hours worked, not exceeding the project estimate.
4. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in the appropriate courts within this jurisdiction.
